I really liked this book. The concept was really neat. The main character, Whitney, is a pretty tomboy who has earned the respect of her fellow firefighters, who are all men. She's even a regular at their poker games, where she's the only female in attendance.But there's a new firefighter on the crew, a guy named Jude, and Whitney butts heads with him both at work and again at the poker table. He seems to think she's too big for her britches so he makes a bet with her on one hand in poker. If she wins, he leaves the crew. If he wins, she has to do everything he tells her to for fourteen days.
So of course he wins and that sets up the story for all the spanking that takes place. It's a great story and very believable. The characters are interesting and the emotions are well-written. I wasn't quite expecting the ending which kind of left things hanging and that's why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. I hope the author writes a sequel one day. That would be cool.

This is a GREAT story. Loved everything about it. My only complaints are a few editing problems and that it ended too soon. I can totally see at least one more story if not more with these characters. It ended way too soon! Nice job Fiona!
This is a good story about Whitney and Jude who are forest firefighters and always seem to but heads when they are in the same room. After a game of Five Card Stud things definitly get interesting but the ending leaves things up in the air. Hopefully htere will be a sequel to answer all the open questions.
Like the author was too tired to finish making this book good enough. Like she only could write s certain amount of words and she ran out be f ore she was done. She left so much out I like a compete story not a half of one
While the book is good, I think the ending is very weird. **SPOILER ALERT** Suddenly they are no longer together, and the author doesn't continue on long enough to see if they ever will be. Good book up until the ending, when I thought it could have had a few more chapters to see where things go after he leaves.
